Most advertisers must reject conversions within 7 days of the conversions taking place, however for some advertisers we may have agreed longer rejection periods and it can also take several business days to reject conversions that have been provided to us.

Therefore conversions can be rejected up till the 9th of the following month, that the conversions took place. So once this period has passed conversions are confirmed (the only exception to this is fraudulent conversions).

Advertisers can only reject conversions if they have a valid reason, some reasons (but not limited to) are: invalid information, fake or fraudulent conversions, breach of the offer restrictions.
